Project Cat Watch is a student-run club and nonprofit that is a part of Raritan Valley Community College. In my final year at RVCC, I was the club's Vice President of Information and Media. In this position, I ran our social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, and our school's own social media platform, RV Connect.
Designs created to announce achievements and meetings on Instagram. Objective: Drive up meeting attendance
Caption: The SGA has approved us as an official club! We are so proud of what we have accomplished so far this semester and we can’t wait to do more.
Look at the link tree in our bio for more information and come to our next meeting!
Pictured we have a rare in focus shot of Ophelia, a feral calico girl. She may look cuddly but for safety reasons please do not approach the feral cats!
Thank You again and see you at our next PCW meeting!
Caption: PCW is having a meeting this Thursday! Come by room W222 to hear about our plans and get involved! 🐈⬛
Fluff is the big cat on campus and there’s a lot about him to love but if encountered please admire him from a distance❤️🐈
Caption: This Thursday Project Cat Watch will be having a little Halloween celebration at our usual meeting time! We will have food and activities including coloring and games. While we celebrate, our leadership will teach about the rabies virus and remind members about our protocols for feeding the campus cats. We will also be testing your knowledge with some Kahoot games!
Designs created for one of our campus cleanup events. Objective: Get students outside of our organization to sign up for this event

Videos shot and edited for Instagram Reels. Objective: Educate viewers about trapping feral cats and gain followers from campus community and beyond.
Caption: Some videos from our trapping today.
We were so happy that Tuxedo cat was trapped so quickly. As soon as he got a whiff of the smelly mackerel he came right over!
Caption: Dusty was released back onto campus after getting her rabies booster! She was a little scared to come out of the trap and liked her blanket hiding her from the scary humans. Once we took the blanket off the top she realized that her best option was probably to run instead of stay inside the trap. I just can’t get over her stopping to look back at us instead of running away immediately.
Caption: Spotted by a student today! There Willow goes, probably looking for a dry spot to hang out and hide from any more rain.
Designs created for our spring 2022 Rita's Ice Fundraiser. Objective: Persuade club members and general student population to attend our fundraiser and purchase Italian ice.
